Due to the large amount of applications received for E-3A Component vacancies,
telephone, e-mail or telefax enquiries cannot be dealt with. Furthermore, only hard copy
applications with an original signature and photograph will be accepted.
German military personnel and MOD (BMVg) civil servants must send their application forms through BMVg,
P II 4 in accordance with ZDv 14/5.
Status of Recruitment
Application
After the closing date, the application packages (Application Form and Post Requirements Form)
of all applicants are carefully reviewed by an official Civilian Personnel Selection Board (CPSB).
The CPSB will pay special attention to all of the essential and desirable qualification requirements
as listed in the vacancy notice.
Interview
After the screening process the most qualified and suitable candidates will be invited for a
test/interview. Please note that only the invited candidates will receive a response.
Notification of Interview Results
All invited candidates will be notified of the results normally
between 1-2 weeks after the interview date.
The four status categories are:
Open, Applications Closed, Interviews Scheduled and Candidate Selected.
